The overall objective of the Project is to allow Thai public authorities, law enforcement agencies, business
associations, civil society and all eligible actors, to benefit from know-how, experience and practices developed
against counterfeiting and IPRs infringements at European level.

Accordingly, the specific objectives of the Project are as follows:

  • to develop knowledge, to share information, to exchange experiences and to transfer know-how between
    EU and Thailand about the prevention and fight against IPRs infringements
  • to build and enhance capacity of Thai public and private actors in fighting and preventing IPRs
    infringements by means of training initiatives
  • to raise awareness about the initiatives developed by public and private actors at both Thai and EU level
