The Project has a duration of 1 year time: from November 2006 until November 2007.

The target groups of the Project are both public authorities and private organisations involved in IPRs
protection and enforcement, namely:
- public authorities
- judicial authorities
- law enforcement agencies and customs
- business associations, trade intermediaries, chambers of commerce …
- academics, practitioners, legal professions
- representatives of the civil society
